Under the general direction of the Associate Director, the Program Coordinator is responsible for implementing and evaluating existing Continuing Studies programs and courses with the goal of meeting and exceeding revenue targets within the Division, and will also implement new Continuing Studies programs/courses in collaboration with the Program Administrator. The Program Coordinator designs, develops and evaluates new courses and works with prospective clientele to develop and implement proposals which identify existing courses to meet a client’s requirements. This position conducts Level 1 market/feasibility analysis for new programs as directed and completes Tier 1 and 2 program reviews. The Program Coordinator is responsible for recruitment, selection, supervision and evaluation of Continuing Studies instructors for existing Continuing Studies courses and acts as the first point of contact to address student concerns with respect to Continuing Studies courses. This position works with the Marketing and Communications Specialist to plan and implement annual promotions for existing certificate programs.
Education and Experience
Diploma in a related area, with particular emphasis on technical writing, project management and instructional design. 2 to 5 years related experience, preferably in a post-secondary education environment utilizing commonly used student information, registration and finance systems.

Range $60,335 to $88,492. Typical Hiring Range $72,403 to $80,447.
